Competition Terms and Conditions – Spud Creative Roller Banner Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all customers who place a print order through Spud Create or directly with Spud Creative between 12pm on Friday 16th May and 12pm on Friday 23rd May 2025.

2. Prize Details:

• The prize includes one full-size roller banner, designed by Spud Creative and printed through Spud Create.
• The prize includes up to 3 rounds of design amendments. Further changes will be subject to additional fees.
• The winner is responsible for providing all content, including logos, text, and images. If required, Spud Creative can source stock images at an additional cost.

3. Delivery:

• Delivery of the roller banner is included to mainland UK only. Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations or international shipping.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible orders placed within the competition timeframe.
• The winner will be announced on the afternoon of Friday 23rd May 2025 via Spud Creative’s social media channels and will also be notified via email.

5. Claiming the Prize:

• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, Spud Creative reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Exclusions and Limitations:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.
• Spud Creative reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

7. Data Protection:

• Any personal data collected for the purposes of the competition will be handled in accordance with Spud Creative’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General:

• By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
